A sunny day, so decided to take the morning off work and get some enduro training in. Cycled from Pennal to the climachx, (did the climax in 1hour 7 mins),then back to Pennal. Biggest ride Ive done in years, about 23-24 miles. 2 hours 14 mins, so pleased with that. Just need to be able to do twice that now! Sunny, pretty dry and great fun.
